Log in to Instanet:
1. Begin a new transaction and “Apply a template” to have all the forms (unsigned) and documents (FFR branded) you will need to get signed. Select the appropriate template.
(Per REIN AICUZ only required in Va Beach, Norfolk, Chesapeake and Hampton) *see below the MLS listing input manual for your reference
2. Input all information, get signatures (be sure to include HOA Contact info, Lot sq ft, garage sq ft, etc.)
3. Let us know that it’s coming and when you want to go LIVE so we can work together for that target date.
4. Input the photos before it goes LIVE (save transaction as Incomplete)
5. We will make it go LIVE once I ensure all necessary things are done.
6. After the listing is live, we will mark the appropriate documents Public (blue stars) so that an agent can return them to you signed with an offer.
7. You as the listing agent will have access to add, delete and move/rearrange photos. You also have access to enter and adjust your listings Open Houses.
Please make sure you get with us ahead of time to ensure you have a yard sign.
When you install the sign, please snap a photo of it for our marketing purposes and send it to us.
