Key Outcomes

The meeting covered three main areas: Christopher’s Title Toolbox educational video series for agent prospecting, upcoming REIN forms changes effective July 1st, and a REIN dues payment fee issue. Agents were encouraged to leverage existing paid tools (Title Toolbox, Domus Analytics) more actively. Several action items were assigned around content publishing and newsletter preparation.

Decisions Made

  • Title Toolbox videos to be uploaded to YouTube (private/group access only) and linked to all agents
  • Newsletter will have two versions: company-wide and agent-customizable (with headshot/info); fall edition to begin production now
  • Lockbox addendum to be added to the listing template as a default prompt for agents
  • 25-year anniversary badge created by Christine; optional use by agents, to be included in next email

Announcements

Tool Highlights: Title Toolbox

  • Free to agents via our Partnership with Shaheen Law Firm; equivalent external subscription costs $50–$100/month
  • Enables prospecting by filtering owner-occupied vs. non-owner-occupied properties, identifying equity, and targeting farm areas
  • Paid add-ons available for life event leads (bankruptcy, liens, refinancing) — not recommended as a starting point
  • Agents who haven’t logged in recently may need Jeremy to resend access link (email him to request)

REIN Forms Updates (Effective ~July 1st) –>>Podcast here

REIN Dues Payment Fee

  • REIN now charges a convenience fee (~$8.97) to pay dues online (DUE 6/30/26)
  • Many agents and offices are coordinating to submit checks in person to avoid the fee
